HAMAROSAN!
A csökkent zsírmentes testtömeggel, csökkent energia-raktárakkal, izom- és zsírtömeg-vesztéssel és a viszcerális fehérje-tömeg koncentrálásával jellemezhető fehérje-energiavesztés szindróma gyakran látható krónikus vesebetegeknél, és jelenléte a kedvezőtlen betegség-kimenetel jelentős prediktív faktora. A fehérje-energiavesztés szindróma prevalenciája a krónikus vesebetegség progressziójával párhuzamosan emelkedik, részben a pro-inflammatorikus folyamatok aktiválódása, a hiperkatabolikus állapot és a csökkent étvágy következtében. Az uraemia rosszabbodása fokozza krónikus vesebetegeknél a nem megfelelő étrend potenciálisan hátrányos következményeinek előfordulását (pl. magas foszfor- és káliumbevitel következtében).
Kutatás-fejlesztési terveinkben vesebetegek számára fejlesztett speciális gyógyászati célra szánt élelmiszer is szerepel.
Az elmúlt időszak klinikai kutatási eredményei rávilágítottak arra, hogy bizonyos állapotok speciális klinikai táplálás-terápiát igényelnek. Ezen eredmények és az ezen állapotokban szenvedő betegek táplálási igényei alapján betegségek / állapotok táplálási igényeit igyekszünk összesíteni annak érdekében, hogy ezen igényekre tervezett speciális gyógyászati célra szánt élelmiszereket állítsunk elő.

MediDrink Neo is a nutritionally complete, high energy (2.2 kcal/ml), high protein (20 energy %), and low carbohydrate (20 energy %), ready-to-drink liquid sip feed, enriched with immunonutrients (L-arginin, omega-3 fatty acids) to support the immune functions of cancer patients.

- Fiber: 2%
Suitable as a sole source of nourishment. Recommended daily allowance is 3–4 packs per day for adults as a sole source of nutrition or 1–2 packs per day as supplementation. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Shake well before use. Best served chilled. Drink slowly in small volumes.
Storage: Should be stored between 2 and 28 °C. Once opened, store in refrigerator and discard unused content after 24hours.
For enteral use only. Must be used under medical supervision. Not suitable for children under 3 years and patients with galactosemia or hereditary fructose intolerance (fructosemia). Use with caution in children aged 3-6 years.
